Success Story: Andrea

Andrea’s life has dramatically changed since she received her car. Having spent most of her young life in the foster care system, Andrea worked as a Youth Coordinator helping clients who were aging out of foster care system. During her time as a Youth Coordinator, Ready For Life, a Wheels of Success community service partner, submitted her application for a car.

Today Andrea has reliable transportation thanks to Ready for Life and Wheels of Success. The vehicle made it possible for Andrea to accept a job as a Peer Mentor at Directions for Living Project Hope and also sign up for classes at St. Petersburg College. Andrea thanks Wheels of Success for “making the next step in my career and professional development possible.”
