Susan Jacobs founded Wheels of Success in 2003 after personal and professional experiences showed her how the lack of reliable transportation can threaten employment, independence, and family stability. For more than two decades, she led the organization in helping thousands of individuals and families gain access to dependable vehicles, opening doors to work, education, healthcare, and greater self-sufficiency. In 2026, Susan retired as CEO and continues to support the mission as Founding Emeritus Board Member.
