Sandra Rosa

Sandra Rosa is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Syniverse, where she leads global human resources strategy across talent, culture, leadership, organizational effectiveness, and executive development. She brings more than 30 years of executive HR experience in the technology, financial services, and telecommunications industries.

Before joining Syniverse, Sandra served as Chief Human Resources Officer for Santander Consumer USA and held executive HR leadership roles at Santander Bank, N.A., and JPMorgan Chase. She is also committed to nonprofit leadership and community service, having served as Board Chair for The Concilio and as a board member of the National Foundation for Teaching Entrepreneurship. In 2025, she joined the Wheels of Success Board of Directors to support its mission of removing transportation barriers and creating greater economic independence.
